Watermelon Frosty


Looking for a healthy, low calorie, summer treat? Then you found it. This watermelon frosty is refreshing, delicious and simple to make.


2.5 cups of frozen watermelon (I diced some watermelon, put it in ziplock bags and put in the freezer for 24 hours)
1 fresh banana
2 tablespoons raw agave nectar
Juice of one lemon
1/2 cup water

Place all ingredients in a blender. Pulse blender until mixture resembles soft serve ice cream.

Makes 2 servings at 170 calories each.
