Raw Granola


I have been working on adding more raw foods to my diet. This raw granola has become my breakfast staple. Give it a try.


1/2 cup raw rolled oats
2 tablespoons raw unsalted sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
1 banana sliced
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon raw agave nectar

Place all ingredients into a bowl, stir to combine, top with almond (or other non-dairy) milk and enjoy.

You can add in whatever other ingredients you want as well. Walnuts instead of almonds, apricots or plums instead of a banana. This morning I had this exact recipe and added a handful of blueberries. The options are endless.
