Blackberry Oat Breakfast Cake


1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup raw sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup almond milk
1 cup blackberries

Combine dry ingredients, whisk together. Add wet ingredients except blackberries. Stir until mixed then gently fold in blackberries. Transfer batter to a greased loaf pan. Cook on 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cook for 10 minutes, then slice and enjoy.
